Dating the divorced guy
Have you been wondering how to date a divorce (male), and have a successful relationship?
My conversion rate of emails sent to women and responses I got was really not worth the investment. I had read about Tinder but couldn’t believe this was the evolution of dating. I downloaded Tinder before a trip to Jamaica and I sat on the beach my first day swiping.
After a lunchtime conversation with a co-worker, I downloaded Coffee Meets Bagel. The first three months were fun but the gamification of earning “beans” for daily visits wore off and if you weren’t willing to pay more money to get additional matches, it didn’t really seem worth it. If a lady takes the time to write you, you know they are interested. Getting their perspective during the past 18 months has been just as helpful, if not more helpful!
It was easy to set up and at the time you got served up one potential match every day at noon. I’ve recently joined again and now you get up to 15 potential matches per day Bumble Bumble puts the women in the charge. Even if you make a connection, you can’t email the lady. Quickly move from first contact to asking her for a cocktail or a hike.
The smartphone clearly changed the dating landscape, apps are plentiful and as I got back into the game in late 2014, I was clueless.
My first step was to catch up with a few of my serial single buddies.
